Try doing the following to resolve the issue:

• Make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same wifi network.
• Ensure that the app has permission to access devices in your local network. Go to "Settings > Privacy > Local Network", ensure "TV Remote" app has the permission.
• ** If your TV device cannot be found, please reboot (power reset) it and try again!!!
• Restart TV Remote app.
• Restart your router.
